Second Flight of GPC Season ’24-25’
The Eagle Cup VIII is the second flight in the GPC Season, launching after the GOAT VI. This season, all four championships are brought together for an exciting showdown, ending with an epic Finals where only the best will face off for victory.
Players will find the Eagle Cup VII includes a Gold Coin final that will take place online and a Sweeps Coin final in Las Vegas, Nevada. Two players from the Eagle Cup VII will move on to each final, with the Leaderboard winner and Player of the Series moving on to compete in the end.
Satellites began on October 20, providing players with a lower-cost way to earn seats at the big events. The series includes Main Events with 40,000,000 GC and 200,000 SC up for grabs, with the guaranteed prizes being a big draw for players to compete.
There will be 216 GC and SC events where players can secure Eagle Cup VIII trophies. Participants can unlock Eagle Cup VII merch by participating in Gold Coin events, and Scuderia Ferrari swag will be available for select SC events.
Affordable Poker Tournament Events
Global Poker players can easily find affordable events to explore during the Eagle Cup VIII. The series offers a range of buy-ins, starting at 5.5 SCs and 5,500 GCs. The full schedule of events includes buy-in amounts, guaranteed prize pools, and event details.
I found several SC events with 11, 22, 33, and 99 buy-ins, along with the 5.5 events. You can choose from re-buys, progressive bounties, mystery bounties, and deep stack events.
The GC section offers multiple events, with 11,000, 22,000, 33,000, and 99,000 buy-ins. The same tournament types are also available in this section.
Once you log in to your Global Poker account, click on the tournament section to view the Eagle Cup VIII options. Be sure to note whether you are in GC or SC mode based on how you wish to play. From there, you can see which events are registering and decide which tournaments you wish to participate in!
