Clubs Poker is a social poker room that launched in July 2024, a sister site of Clubs Casino.

Their largest selling points include widespread availability in 44 U.S. states, an outstanding number of 24/7 poker tournaments, 21 game types, daily freerolls and a good range of poker-centric promotions, like Bad Bear Jackpots. Although poker is the focus at Clubs Poker, you can also play a small selection of slots from Pragmatic Play.

Having already tested the waters over at Clubs Casino, and found a lot to like, my expectations were high for Clubs Poker. After spending seven days testing exploring out, I’m happy to say they don’t disappoint.

I made a new account, purchased Gold Coins, participated in poker tournaments, spoke to their support team, opted into every bonus I could find and redeemed SC prizes. I’m documenting my unfiltered experience right here in my Clubs Poker review.

Clubs Poker Promotions, Deals and Bonuses – 3.5/5

Clubs Poker has a decent selection of promotions for new and existing players. Highlights include their frequent boosted poker tournaments, their uniquely commission-focused referral program, bad beat jackpots, and Daily Freerolls. However, there is room for improvement.

Their starting no-deposit bonus of 5,000 GC doesn’t offer any free SC for poker players, which is a pity. At least the consistent daily login bonus delivers 2,500 GC and 0.5 free SC whenever you come back for another session. Unfortunately, they don’t host giveaways on Instagram, Facebook, and/or X, which many sweepstakes casinos do.

Clubs Poker Bonus Code

There’s no Clubs Poker bonus code required to participate in their latest promotions, join poker tournaments, or receive daily login rewards.

Clubs Poker No Deposit Welcome Offer

Clubs Poker is giving all new players a free, starting bonus of 5,000 GC upon creating a new account and verifying your email. You’ll also get 10 free GC spins to use on Zombie Circus. If you confirm your mobile phone number, you’ll receive 10 free SC spins on the same machine.

Each spin is worth 0.1 SC, giving you a total of 1 free SC in spins. I can’t imagine many people are signing up at Clubs Poker to play slots, so I’d much prefer to receive SC as a standalone item. At least I would then maintain the ability to play whatever I wanted. On the bright side, there’s no bonus code required for this promotion.

After registering, open your email inbox and click the link inside to confirm your email. You’ll get 5,000 GC and 10 free GC spins to use on Zombie Circus. Enter your mobile phone number and type the 6-digit confirmation code you receive through SMS. This step unlocks 10 free SC spins.

» Check out our page covering other sweepstakes casino no deposit bonuses and see how Clubs Poker stacks up.

Clubs Poker First Purchase Bonus

Clubs Poker’s first purchase discount has a $20 barrier to entry, but it’s a relatively good bargain if you’re willing to spend that much upfront. You’ll buy 200,000 GC and claim 40 free SC for $20, representing a 100% boost. However, I’ve seen competing sweeps platforms offer more for less.

Chumba Casino offers a 200% boost for new players, with 10 million GC and 30 free SC for just $10.00.

Clubs Poker Daily Login Bonus

Clubs Poker guarantees you a login reward of 2,500 GC and 0.5 free SC every single day. Their bonus doesn’t change regardless of how consistently you play, which can be a blessing and/or a curse depending on your activity levels.

Personally, I appreciate the peace of mind of always knowing you’re getting a guaranteed number of coins, even if you don’t play for a couple of days.

You’ll claim your free coins immediately after signing in. Click “Get Coins” and navigate to “Free Daily Bonus.” Tap “Collect Now” to get your coins. There are no additional steps required to benefit from this promo, making it easy for beginners to enjoy free fun around-the-clock.

» These offers aren’t uncommon, and you can check out other sweepstakes casino daily bonuses.

Clubs Poker Refer-A-Friend Bonus

Club Poker’s referral bonus is based on how much your friends wind up playing over time, rather than a fixed bonus based on their first purchase. There is a maximum cap of 100 million Gold Coins and 10,000 Sweeps Coins up for grabs in total. There’s no limit on how many friends you can invite, but their bonuses stop rolling into your account after you reach this ceiling.

For every 100 GC raked in “Ring Games” by KYC-verified friends, you’ll get 100 GC. For every 10 SC raked in “Ring Games” by KYC-verified friends, you’ll get 2 free SC. If you have referred multiple friends, and one of your friends can only generates 4 SC in rake, but your other friend rakes 6 SC, you still get a bonus of 2 free SC.

I like how this mix-and-match promotion allows your friends to combine forces. Even if you had ten friends that raked 1 SC a piece, you’d qualify for a 2 SC bonus. You can milk bonuses from each friend for 12 months before their rake no longer influences your coins balance.

Open the Menu, then launch your profile. Scroll down to “Refer-A-Friend” and click “Generate Link” to get your unique invitation link. Click “Copy” to copy your link; then, send it to as many friends as you’d like.

Since I was playing on Clubs Poker for a total of seven days, and this bonus becomes progressively more valuable over time, I didn’t get a chance to verify the bonus in action. Nevertheless, I’m a big fan of it.

Clubs Poker Avatar Challenge

The Clubs Poker “Avatar Challenge” is a GC-only tournament for players who care about the customizability of their profile. While in GC Mode, launch “Tournaments” and look for “Avatar Challenge Satellite.” Players can enter as many satellites as they want for 11,000 GC apiece.

Satellites run Monday – Friday at 2 PM EST, but you’ll have to tune in at 8 PM every Saturday. If you win Sunday’s Stage 1 finale, you’ll progress to Stage 2 and claim your custom avatar. There are no GC/SC prizes in store for winners, but this light-hearted tourney is unique if nothing else.

Bad Beat GC and SC Jackpots

Clubs Poker offers GC/SC Bad Beat Jackpots for poker players who got beaten with four of a kind or better while competing in Hold’em or Omaha-style rooms. Their progressives start from a minimum of 250 million GC and 500 SC, but they grow until somebody else hits the jackpot.

The player with a qualifying losing hand receives 45% of the jackpot, 25% goes to the winner, 20% goes to players who stayed in to see the flop, and 10% is reserved for the platform’s next jackpot. In cases where 2 players lose, the player with the highest kicker gets 45% of the prize.

I like the way they spread around the prize pool. There would be something extremely satisfying about taking down an opponent who was holding quads and then getting an extra bonus on top.

Daily Freerolls

Clubs Poker has daily freerolls at 10 PM EST, all of which are accessible under “Tournaments.” You can filter by type to show previously announced, running, and completed freerolls. There’s plenty of room to play poker and get free buy-ins, and compete without spending money.
I’d recommend honing in on freerolls with the fewest number of players for the greatest chances of winning. You can view the number of registered players next to any event without clicking away from the tournament grid. Their freerolls cater exclusively towards “No-Limit Hold’ Em” players.

What if a Bonus Isn’t Working?

If a bonus isn’t working at Clubs Poker, be sure you’ve met their necessary requirements. New players must confirm their email address before getting 5,000 GC and 10 free GC spins. If you want free SC spins, you’re also required to verify your mobile phone with a six-digit SMS code.

You can send a message to support@clubspoker.com or get in touch via their on-site Contact Form with any questions. Their agents are happy to clarify each promo’s terms and conditions, in my personal experience.

Clubs Poker User Experience – 4.5/5

Clubs Poker promises a beginner-friendly user experience with thoroughly organized filters and a simple website layout. You can see their poker tables, casino games, promotions, or even the results of their latest tournaments. I had access to everything on their website at my fingertips, and the layout reminded me of real money poker rooms I’d played on in the past, like Poker Stars.

Their promotional banners are viewable at the right side of the screen, keeping you up to date on the latest offer. There’s a nifty feature I noticed while poking around various tables. When you click on a table or tournament, look underneath their bonus banner for a quick preview of how many players are at the table and check how much they’re in for.

I was able to switch between Ring Games, Tournaments, Sit N’ Go matches, Spin N’ Go games, and All-in or Fold tables using the top menu banner. You can open any category to search by game type and view minimum or maximum SC blinds. Users can also adjust filters to account for table size.

Those who aren’t interested in seeing already-full poker tables can toggle the switch on the right side of the screen. This “hides” all their full games from view, making it easier to find the seat you’re looking for.

Clubs Poker Tournaments for Gold Coins

You can easily check your balance, access Clubs Poker’s purchase menu, update your account settings, and view their current Bad Beat Jackpots from the top-right corner of their website. The organization is second-to-none as I never felt overwhelmed while navigating their user interface.

Interestingly enough, poker isn’t the only special offering at Clubs Poker. If you’re in the mood to play a handful of casino games between rounds, click the “Mini Games” sidebar at the right side of the website. I played Feather Fury as I combed through listings to find a suitable tournament.

Clubs Poker stocks 38 high quality games from Pragmatic Play, including Gates of Olympus 1000 and Sweet Bonanza Xmas. I enjoyed instantaneous loading speeds, top-notch graphics, legit poker action, and light-hearted slots gameplay.

Clubs Poker Mobile

Unfortunately, Clubs Poker don’t yet offer a proper mobile app.

Instead, I used Google Chrome to test Clubs Poker on my iPhone 16. Their website is put together much the same way as a native application. I was prompted to select one of their game types after I’d logged in on mobile. You can click your GC or SC balance indicator to play with GC or SC, respectively.

First up, I viewed their tournament listings on mobile. I was able to see how many tournaments were happening, view categorical game tags, check the buy-in, see how many players were on a specific table, and access their comprehensive search filters using their slider at the top-right.

Financial transactions have been made easier than ever on mobile as opening their purchase menu allows you to buy coins, redeem SC prizes, view your win/loss history and receive daily bonuses from one virtual location. No matter which device you’re using, Clubs Poker delivers.

Clubs Poker First Impressions

At first glance, Clubs Poker seems to have their website put together nicely. I was impressed by the sheer number of game types and categories accessible from their drop-down menus, and I’ll give them credit for developing great search filters. I had the ability to sort by ticket/buy-in price.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the speed of Clubs Poker’s verification process. As a sweeps casino reviewer, I’m accustomed to submitting a photocopy of my ID alongside proof of address. At Clubs Poker, I was simply asked to provide the last four digits of my Social Security Number.

Clubs Poker strikes the balance of meeting newbies halfway while providing plenty of advanced features for seasoned poker players. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been playing for years, there’s something here for everyone.

Clubs Poker Accessibility

Clubs Poker is missing a proper mobile application for iOS and Android devices, but the site comes together so fluidly on my iPhone 16 that I’m still satisfied. If they did ever develop an application, they’d be remiss to use anything besides an identical layout to their mobile site.

The bottom menu promises instant, one-handed navigation to all the most important parts of the website. From purchasing coins to exploring upcoming events, I never had to stop mid-stroll and use two hands to zoom in/out.

If you’re on Safari, you can add bookmarks to your home screen. Click on the square icon located at the bottom-center portion of your iPhone. Tap “Add to Home Screen” from the menu that appears. Whenever you open the web app, you’ll remain logged in.

They’re missing a contrast feature for visually impaired users, but their user interface delivers a “Dark Mode” by default with jet-black graphics.

Where is Clubs Poker Legal?

Clubs Poker is legal in 44 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., promising wide-ranging availability for most poker fans. They don’t accept new sign-ups from the following six U.S. states:

  • Idaho
  • Louisiana
  • Nevada
  • Michigan
  • Montana
  • Washington

How to Sign Up for a Clubs Poker Account

I’ve taken on the registration procedure at countless sweeps platforms, and Clubs Poker has one of the easiest sign-ups I’ve completed recently. I made a new account, verified my email and got 5,000 GC with twenty free spins in just two minutes. The KYC process was also exceptionally quick, although I didn’t do this right away.

I’m outlining each step I took to sign up.

  • Create A New Account: Click “Sign Up” at the top-right corner of Clubs Poker’s website and decide whether to register using your Google, Facebook, or an existing email address.
  • Enter Personal Details: Enter your email address, create a password, and confirm your new password. Click “Sign Up” to continue.
  • Verify Your Email Address: Check your email inbox for a new message from Clubs Poker. It will contain a six-digit code. Enter this code on their website when prompted to verify your email, claim 5,000 GC, and receive 10 free GC spins on Zombie Circus.

If you verify your mobile phone number, you’ll claim 10 free SC spins on Zombie Circus. While it isn’t applicable to poker, you’re essentially getting 1 free SC in bonus bets and you can use any winnings to play poker later. After entering your code, tick all three boxes. You’ll agree to their Terms of Use, accept their Privacy Policy, and certify your age.

Finally, choose your display name – this is how you’ll be presented to other players on the site. This is not normally required at sweepstakes casinos, but it’s needed for your display name on the poker table. It’s a nice touch that personalizes Clubs Poker more than the average sweeps site.

Clubs Poker Games – 4.5/5

Clubs Poker offers a phenomenal range of poker tables and tournaments. If you’re a poker fan in a state without online gambling, Clubs Poker is absolutely the next best thing. The range of games and formats is comparable with Global Poker, another top sweepstakes poker room.

Daily freerolls guarantee the action stays free for everyone, and I found it easy to keep playing without ever feeling like I needed to make a purchase.

I’ve visited brick-and-mortar poker venues with fewer poker options. Simple, attractive graphics and true-to-life sound effects enhance the excitement before each every hand.

I did notice that Clubs Poker occasionally suffered from what seemed like a shallow player pool, with long waits for certain types of tables to fill up and minimal interest in more obscure formats. I’m willing to put this down to the fact that it’s still relatively early days for the platform, and poker rooms rely a lot on having lots of players.

Here’s a list of the categories I found by clicking their “Game Type” drop-down menu:

  • Hold’em
  • Short Deck Hold’em
  • Triton Short Deck Hold ‘em
  • Omaha
  • Omaha H/L
  • 5 Card Omaha
  • 5 Card Omaha H/L
  • 6 Card Omaha
  • 6 Card Omaha H/L
  • Courchevel
  • Stud
  • Stud H/L
  • Razz
  • 2-7 Triple Draw
  • Badugi
  • Badeucy
  • Badacey
  • OFC
  • Mixed
  • Big 2 Pool
  • Teen Patti
  • Custom

Clubs Poker Ring Games

Clubs Poker has partnered with Hustler Casino to host 24/7 ring games for GC and SC players. Ring games support up to eight players per table, and they’re available across many categories.

I filtered by type underneath Ring Games to show Hold ‘em, Omaha, Omaha H/L, Stud, Stud H/L, Razz, 2-7, and Mixed matches. I was able to view the category associated with each event, check the blinds, confirm eligibility for Bad Beat Jackpots and view the number of active players.

I appreciated how easy it was to find exactly what I was looking for without simply scrolling through dozens of tables.

The design of the software is simple but effective. They aren’t trying to re-invent the wheel here: it looks like a classic online poker room. The action is fast and smooth, and I found it very easy to choose my move every time it was my call. I like the auto-bet buttons, which offer 50%, 75%, Pot or Max bets at a click.

Clubs Poker Hustler

You can even trash-talk other players using the chat and emoji icons located at the bottom left of your screen. Clicking an emoji icon turns your avatar into said emoji for a brief moment, allowing players to gloat over hard-won victories or cry over cold decks with a single tap.

Clubs Poker Sit N’Go

Clubs Poker also offers Sit N’Go’s at a good range of different buy-in ranges. However, I did notice that they receive considerably less traction than Ring Games, and over my week of testing I often saw basically no one waiting at any of the tables.

I’m willing to put this down to the fact that the player pool is still growing, since Clubs Poker had only been up and running for a couple of months during the time of my review. I’m going to reserve full judgement for now.

Clubs Poker Sitngo for GC

Clubs Poker Spin N’ Go

Much more popular were Spin N’Go’s, which are like a turbo charged micro-tournament. When you join one, you get instantly connected with 2 other players for close-range competition.

Clubs Poker Spin N’ Go

Buy-ins start from 100 GC and the total prize pool is randomized each time, introducing an extra element of RNG action.

I clicked “Register” for my chance to win up to 30,000 GC, but busted out pretty quickly with my A2 thanks to the weak kicker.

Clubs Poker Spin N’ Go Table

Clubs Poker All-in or Fold

All-in or Fold is a novel format where you are only given two options pre-flop: go all in, or fold. As you can probably guess, this is very high risk and removes a lot of the strategy that people love about poker.

Clubs Poker All-in or Fold

As it turned out, I couldn’t test out the format for myself. I barely saw any All in or Fold tables during my week of reviewing, and never managed to jump into one myself. This was another area that felt underdeveloped, and I hope to see more action here in the future.

Daily Tournaments & Freerolls

Variety is the spice of life, and Clubs Poker applies this age-old adage to their selection of daily tournaments. They boast Hold ‘Em, Omaha, 5-Card, 6-Card, Courchevel, Stud, Mixed, Badugi, Badacey, and 2-7 Single Draw tournaments. You can also sort by speed if you’re short on time.

The speed of the action ranges from “very slow” to “hyper” with several degrees in between. No matter your availability, Clubs Poker has tournaments that last just a few minutes or all day long.

Clubs Poker Tournaments Sweeps Coins

You can see the different tournaments available for GC and SC players by toggling your balance indicator. The range of different options is a real strong point, with tons of formats, settings and volume of tournaments starting all the time.

I especially liked the freerolls, which provide rewards for both GC and SC players. GC players will compete for up to 400,000 Gold Coins, and SC players can earn free buy-ins for site-wide events.

In addition to hosting their own freerolls around the clock, they’ve partnered up with Hustler Casino to host guaranteed freerolls at 7 PM EST and 10 PM EST Monday – Friday.

Clubs Poker Tournaments

I registered for their 2:30 PM freeroll event, hoping that I’d be the lucky winner of 300,000 GC. Before the tournament began, I opened “Details” to view the prize pool, the number of gamers

I’d be competing against, the number of starting GC required to play, and other pertinent data.

One good thing about the smaller playing pool currently at Clubs Poker is that the freerolls become much more valuable, since fewer players sign up.

In the end, I joined just two other players in my quest to win 300,000 GC without spending a dime. Even though there were only three of us, I busted out first and missed my potential free windfall. Still, I had a great time playing low-pressure freeroll games.

Clubs Poker Banking Options – 4.5/5

You’re not obligated to spend any money to play at Clubs Poker. They’ll give you 5,000 GC and 20 free GC + SC spins to use on Zombie Circus after signing up, verifying your email and linking your mobile phone. They’ll credit you with 2,500 GC and 0.5 free SC each day after logging in.

Still, it’s possible to purchase Gold Coins using real money, and when you do you’ll often receive some free bonus SC.

I had a positive experience buying GC at Clubs Poker, from the simple payment process to the wide range of package options.

I have no complaints about their $2.00 purchase minimum, which buys you 10,000 Gold Coins. Their 100% first purchase discount provides 200,000 GC and 40 free SC when you buy $20 worth of Gold Coins. Players can buy a maximum of 2.7M GC (and claim 510 free SC) for $500.

They accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, and Google Pay payments on desktop. Users on iOS can purchase coins with Apple Pay.

To get started, select “Get Coins” and enter your cell number. You’ll also need to submit your name, birthday and billing address prior to buying coins, if you haven’t already saved these details.

I used my VISA bank card to take advantage of their 100% first purchase bonus. I clicked “$20” next to their boosted GC bundle and I was taken to a separate page. I entered my card’s expiry date, card number, and CVV (security) code before clicking “Pay” to complete my transaction.

I received 200,000 GC and 40 free SC immediately after refreshing the page. Players that earn at least 100 SC during gameplay will qualify for cash and gift card redemptions. Clubs Poker is the only sweeps platform I’ve played on to guarantee immediate redemptions no matter your preferred option.

Instead of using ACH or online banking to process prizes, funds are sent back to the bank card you used to make a purchase. If you haven’t bought GC, you’ll need to add a new card when it comes time. Gift card redemptions are sent to the email address associated with your account.

I received my 100 SC prize back to my VISA bank card just fifteen minutes after requesting a $100 cash redemption. I guess it’s not technically “immediate”, but I was very impressed.

Clubs Poker assigns $1 in prize value to every sweepstakes coin (SC). Promotional SC carries a 1x playthrough requirement before it’s redeemable for actual prizes.

Players in New York and Florida are limited to winning 5,000 SC from any single round or game, but all other players can redeem up to 10,000 SC per day.

How to Get Coins at Clubs Poker

Before I discuss how to purchase GC at Clubs Poker, I’d like to outline some of the entirely free ways to claim coins here. I received 5,000 GC and 10 free GC spins on Zombie Circus instantly after signing up and verifying my email.

I got 10 free SC spins worth a total of 1 free SC on the same exact game after verifying my cell phone number. Additionally, I received 2,500 GC and 0.5 free SC each day for the week I spent testing Clubs Poker. Open their purchase menu and tap “Collect Now” to claim free GC and SC.

It’s easy to get a steady supply of free SC via Clubs Casino’s friend referral promo, if you get multiple people to sign up.

Finally, you can submit handwritten sweepstakes requests via snail mail to claim free SC. Tap “Get Coins,” toggle over to “Free Entry,” and click “Start the Process.” You’ll receive a one-time code, which must be included with your request in order to qualify for a prize. According to Section 3.2 of their Sweepstakes Rules, each envelope they accept is worth 5 free SC. You can submit up to 50 envelopes and earn a total of 250 SC using mail-in requests.

In addition to the free bonuses, you can purchase Gold Coins at Clubs Poker, and receive free Sweeps Coins in the process.

If you’d like to purchase Gold Coins, Clubs Poker has a competitive 100% discount available for new players. Users who spend $20 will receive 200k GC and 40 free SC as opposed to 100,000 GC and 20 free SC.

They take VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Google Pay payments. iPhone gamers can alternatively purchase coins through Apple Pay on their mobile website. Tap the package you want to purchase. You’ll be sent to a separate webpage, where you’ll be asked to type your card number, security code, and expiry date. Click “Pay” to finalize your transaction.

It couldn’t be much easier for beginners to navigate the purchase process, which I appreciate. If you’re accustomed to shopping online or using Apple Pay for every-day errands, you won’t have any trouble adjusting to Clubs Poker.

How to Redeem Sweeps Coins for Cash Prizes at Clubs Poker

I found the redemption process very straightforward at Clubs Poker, and I especially appreciated the fast redemption times.

Prior to completing your first redemption at Clubs Poker, you’ll be prompted to finish their KYC verification procedure. Tap the main menu, select your profile, and toggle to “My Verifications.”

Your age and location will show as “Verified” if you’ve already confirmed your mobile number. I clicked “Verify” underneath the “Identity” header and looked over my name, birthday, and home address. Tap “Continue” and type the last four digits of your Social Security Number to proceed.

Within a few minutes, you should receive a message stating that you’ve been fully verified. I got a message that I was eligible to redeem SC just 2 minutes after beginning their KYC procedure.

Clubs Poker Verification

Once you’re completely KYC-verified, you’ll need to win at least 100 SC during gameplay. Then, click “Get Coins” and toggle to “Redeem.” Any promotional SC you receive must be used to play poker or casino games at least once (1x playthrough) before it becomes redeemable for prizes.

Cash prizes are sent back to your bank card on file, as there’s no way to request ACH transfers. On the bright side, all redemptions are processed and delivered immediately. Most sweepstakes platforms have a waiting period of at least 24 hours for cash redemptions, but Clubs is unique in this regard.

Other Redemption Options at Clubs Poker

Clubs Poker has followed in the footsteps of more established casinos like Chumba and McLuck to feature gift card redemptions. Unfortunately, you must win 100 SC during gameplay no matter which option you pick – this is in stark contrast to McLuck, which has a 10 SC gift card minimum.

Like competing platforms, Clubs Poker offers gift card codes for many big-box retailers including Amazon and Best Buy. Tap “Redeem,” then tap “Redeem for Gift Card” and enter the number of SC you’d like to request. Finally, choose your preferred retailer and check your email for a prize.

Security and Fairness

Clubs Poker is owned and operated by KHK Games, Inc., an iGaming company that’s located in Philadelphia. On top of Clubs Poker, they’ve also launched Clubs Casino for traditional slots and table game lovers. Both platforms impose a standard, 18+ age restriction upon all new sign-ups.

They accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and a slew of bank cards for payments through a provider known as Checkout. This third-party company handles the economic side of doing business for Samsung, Uber Eats, Sony, Adidas, Grubhub, Ikea, and companies in more than fifty countries. It’s a good sign that Clubs Poker works with a top payment processor like this.

Clubs Poker requires players to complete age verification checks before allowing them to redeem prizes. They also give users the ability to set time limits or self-exclude without contacting email support. More social casinos should strive to include self-serve Responsible Gameplay options, in my opinion.

Their games are RNG-tested by Gaming Labs, and they’ve been featured by PokerFuse as the next big social poker platform. Given their recent launch and the positive signs so far, I’m happy to consider Clubs Poker as entirely legitimate.

First and foremost, they are missing live chat support and they don’t have a dedicated phone hotline for customers. Despite maintaining a presence on socials, they don’t offer general support on X, Instagram, or Facebook. They currently list email, FAQ and ticket service.

Scroll to the bottom of their website and click “Contact Us” to launch their request form. Choose “New Support Ticket,” choose your area of interest, enter your email, and send your message to their team by clicking “Submit.” For comparison’s sake, I emailed support@clubspoker.com, too.

Both contact methods deliver similar reply times, so there’s no advantage to using one over the other. I received a ticket reply 5 hours later, and one of their agents addressed my direct email 6 hours after I’d left a message. I enjoyed positive attitudes all around while speaking to the team.

If you’re the kind of player who prefers to do their own research, click “FAQ” underneath “About” from their website footer. You’ll learn more about buying GC, redeeming SC, finishing their KYC procedure, and general troubleshooting from a beginner’s point of view.

They need to add chat support before I can give Clubs Poker a better score in this section.

What Clubs Poker Could Improve

Clubs Poker hits the nail on the head in most departments, but they have a few areas to work on.

Most glaringly, they need to get live chat support added to their platform, and phone support for good measure. Most sweepstakes platforms have some form of live support available, so it’s a big shortcoming.

Their no purchase bonus is worth just just 5,000 GC and up to 20 free SC spins, which is on the low side. I much prefer guaranteed SC over free spins on slots – especially when it’s a poker site!

They could also begin hosting social media giveaways, implement a VIP program, and lower their minimum from 100 SC to 10 SC for e-gift card prizes.

Finally, I noticed that some of the less popular games and formats struggled to fill the tables. However, I’m happy to give them a pass on this as they grow their player pool.

Summary: Should You Sign Up at Clubs Poker?

I’d suggest Clubs Poker to just about all poker fans, especially those who are interested in playing online from a state without legal online gambling. The variety of poker games and formats is exceptionally, pretty much on par with real money poker rooms.

The software is exceptionally easy to use. I appreciated the variety of promos on offer, although they could do with improving their welcome bonus of just 5,000 GC and some free spins.

Apart from that, the lack of live support is the biggest black mark I have, and I hope they rectify it.

Clubs Poker only went live in July 2024. I reviewed the site a few months later, and I did notice some areas that felt teething problems. I think a larger playing pool, which naturally requires some time, will go a long way to making the site even better.

I’m happy to recommend Clubs Poker anyway for now, and excited to see where it goes in the future. You can sign up for yourself now via our link above.

Clubs Poker Rating Process

For this Clubs Poker review, I registered with the site, played through all their game categories, participated in events as they happened, joined their Daily Freerolls, bought GC, redeemed SC for prizes, opted into their entire line-up of promotions, and tested their UI on multiple devices to leave no stone unturned.

I spent a total of ten hours gathering information over a period of seven days. We visit platforms as often as possible to claim daily login bonuses and opt into promotions that last longer than 24 hours.

For every review we publish, we spend at least two hours researching these five areas:

  • Game Variety: We play slots, poker, table games and live options (if applicable). We prioritize sites that partner with several reputable software companies including Pragmatic Play and BetSoft. Platforms that stand out from the pack earn higher ratings. Our team loves to play exclusives, originals, and unique specialties. For poker platforms like Clubs Casino, we sit down and play at every type of poker table available.
  • User Experience: After making a brand-new account, we test each casino’s interface on desktop and mobile devices. We rate casinos more favorably if they offer comprehensive search filters, an easily understandable website layout, and beginner-friendly instructions across the board. We also pay attention to sites with a dedicated app for iOS or Android, and we test the site using our mobile browser if required.
  • Bonuses and Promotions: We opt into every promotion we can find at each casino we review. Starting with a casino’s no-deposit offer and ending with their VIP Program, we’ll meticulously claim and discuss bonuses one-by-one. Our team issues ratings based on the comparative generosity of each bonus, and we check the fine print for unfair T&C’s.
  • Purchase Options: You’re never obligated to spend money at Clubs Poker or any social casino, but most platforms feature significant GC discounts for first-time buyers. We complete the purchase and redemption process firsthand before explaining how you can follow in our footsteps. We prioritize casinos that offer low prize minimums, fast payments and e-wallet compatibility.
  • Customer Support: Our team contacts customer support using any method we can find on their website. This includes chat, social media, support tickets, email, and hopping on the phone when necessary. We contact support several times to gauge how quickly they respond on average. Our ratings account for the speed, quality, and efficiency of replies.

Why You Should Trust Us

Sweepstakescasino.net prioritizes authenticity, independence, and reliability in everything we write. Since opening shop in 2005, we’ve earned the endorsement of major syndicates like CBS News, Forbes and Reuters. Our commitment to gathering all the details firsthand separates us from competing review sites.

In our experience, the majority of review platforms routinely publish incorrect, misleading, or at the very least outdated information about sweepstakes casinos. We start from scratch to create accounts, enjoy games, buy coins, and publish 100% accurate details every time we review a site.

We’re happy praise sites we like and equally happy to criticize them when they fall short. We don’t endorse casinos that we wouldn’t use during our spare time, but we approach every platform with a totally blank slate.

If you’re just starting out, visit our Learning Hub to learn more about how sweepstakes casinos differ from traditional online casinos. We discuss what it means to play safely and list resources for players in all fifty U.S. states on our Responsible Social Gameplay page.

Responsible Social Gameplay

Clubs Poker offers entirely free gameplay as a sweepstakes casino, but there’s also ample room for players to spend real money on GC purchases. Responsible gaming tools are a must for social casinos in 2024, and Clubs Poker has gotten that message loud and clear with self-serve items.

To access their RG support, open the main menu, select your profile, and toggle to “Responsible Gameplay.” You’ll have the option to “Take A Break” for 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 6 months, one year or indefinitely.

You can even impose daily session limits, which make you log you out automatically once they’re reached. Toggle to “Daily Play Duration” and use the drop-down menu to stay logged in for only 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, or 12 hours per day. There’s no need to contact support for either limit.

Unfortunately, this sentiment doesn’t extend to coin purchases. You have to message their team at support@clubspoker.com if you want to set up daily, weekly, and monthly GC purchase limits.

New sign-ups are limited to buying a total of $2,000 in Gold Coins over a 1-month period. Once you’re KYC-verified, you can spend up to $10,000 per month on GC. They encourage users on shared devices to install Net Nanny or Cybersitter as a way to block underage sweeps gaming.

I appreciate that Clubs Poker takes the time to discuss how RNG testing works, fight common misconceptions about gaming (such as “I’m due for a win”), and provide a link to a self-assessment form for players who think they have a problem.

You can also visit the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, Gaming Addicts Anonymous (GAA), and the Financial Counseling Association of America (FCAA) directly from their policy webpage. It’s simple to see that Clubs Poker cares about each player’s safety and well-being.
