Maybe this is in store down the line, but I think they need to clear things up or just remove that information.

At first glance, Hello Millions looks much like their sister sites in terms of basic navigability and the location of the main menu. However, I do think the comic book theme goes a really long way towards helping Hello Millions feels unique and interesting, especially when sweeps casinos in general can feel relatively samey.

I immediately noticed their section for live dealer games, putting them above competing casinos like Chumba and Fortune Coins. As for my initial experiences with the platform, I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity of their registration procedure, ID verification, and GC purchase process.

I scanned the QR code with my phone and I submitted a photocopy of the front and back of my driver’s license when prompted. I like that Hello Millions prioritizes automatic KYC checks using Veriff. I felt okay with submitting my personal information through a trusted, third-party provider.

Very disappointingly, Hello Millions offers 24/7 chat support only for players who buy any amount of GC on the site. This is a shady business practice that I could live without, and McLuck and Playfame.com do the same thing. You can access their FAQ by clicking “Help” from the sidebar while logged in.
