I registered with the site, played the majority of their games, bought Bits packages, exchanged Bucks for gift card prizes, claimed every promotion I could find, and got in touch with customer support. I’m revealing the good, the bad, and the ugly in this independent Kickr Casino review.

Kickr features four daily drip-style bonuses, and I’m explaining how I claimed them all. First, I clicked “Claim Now” and scrolled to the bottom of the page. This showed their recurring offers. You’ll get 200 Bits every 2 minutes. You can also claim 5,000 Bits + 0.1 Bucks every half-hour.

Every 24 hours, you’ll have an opportunity to claim 0.5 free Bucks. I clicked “Claim” to redeem each offer with no other steps required. You’ll see a timer counting down the minutes until you can get more free Bits and Bucks. It’s cool to see a casino giving away such frequent bonuses.

First Purchase Bonus

Kickr’s first purchase bonus gives you 5.5 million Bits and 21.00 free Bucks for $9.99. This pack is normally priced at $19.99, representing a 50% discount for new sign-ups. You can click “Purchase Package” and enter your card details when prompted. When I purchased Bits, they arrived in my account immediately.

Players can also opt to buy 25 million Bits and claim 52 free bucks for $34.99 instead of $49.99. This marks a 30% price reduction. Lastly, you can buy 55 million Bits and get 104 free Bucks for $87.99 instead of $99.99.

Ironically, Kickr’s most expensive package is accompanied by the least generous 12% discount.

Refer-A-Friend Bonus

Kickr’s referral bonus offers you 2.5 million Bits and 10 free Bucks. In order to claim this bonus, each person you invite must create a new account and spend at least $9.99 on Bits packages.

I clicked “Referrals” from the left sidebar to find my unique promo code. I sent my code to a few friends, but only two people were kind enough to purchase Bits on my behalf. I received a total of 5 million Bits and 20 free Bucks immediately after they bought $9.99 worth of Bits packages.

Kickr Leaderboards

Every week, Kickr is giving away up to 5 million Bits and 100 free Bucks in tournament prizes. I opened up the drop-down menu on their Leaderboards page to see the latest rankings for their weekly Casino Blitz, Fortune Finders, Spin Masters, and Table Game Titans.

I was able to see which player currently had the highest score, and I found records of previous winners by changing the time period. Although the only way to win is to play more than anyone, Kickr’s slot leaderboards facilitate a much-needed sense of friendly competition among players.

Social Media Giveaways

I followed Kickr on Instagram to see their latest giveaways. Most recently, they handed out five free Bucks to five lucky players who left a short Cluster Tumble game review in the comments. Giveaways aren’t necessarily hosted on a fixed schedule, so be sure to keep your eyes on IG.

Kickr User Experience – 4/5

Simplicity is at the core of Kickr’s user interface, and their light-footed website runs smoothly on desktop and mobile. I was able to find my way around seconds after laying eyes on the website. I received step-by-step instructions as I confirmed my email, phone number and account details.

Upon completing the required steps, I received a total of 150,000 Bits and 4 free Bucks to start. I claimed 200 Bits every 2 minutes, 5,000 Bits + 0.1 free Bucks every half-hour, and 0.5 Bucks on a rolling 24-hour schedule.

I clicked on “Bits” and “Bucks” at the top-right corner of my screen to switch between currencies. Going down the list, you’ll notice a “Sports” tab at the top-left corner of the sidebar. It’ll lead you to Kickr’s social sportsbook section.

I switched back to their “Casino” tab and I was able to navigate their collection of games using the icons at the top of my screen. I sorted by recency, popularity, and category. Software companies are listed at the top of each game, which is a neat feature. There’s no option to sort by provider.

I clicked “Transactions” on the sidebar and I was presented with a detailed record of my history.

I was able to see how much I’d won or lost on every game I played during my testing period. All their most important settings are visible from the sidebar. I clicked “Notification Preferences” and found several options to categorize the various notifications I received through email and SMS.

At the bottom of the website, I found a column with several “Quick Links” to their sports section, casino page, Contact Form, Knowledge Base (FAQ) and Service Availability. I clicked around a bit on their Service Availability page and saw that I could access sports as a player in New York.

Of course, because their sportsbook is currently non-existent, this page feels somewhat irrelevant for now. The rest of their footer contains links to their Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Responsible Social Gameplay Policy, Sweepstakes Rules, Cookie Policy and Customer Acceptance Policy.

I was able to find Kickr on Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit. Their Facebook is currently offline, but the rest of their socials are up and running. I decided to move onto their mobile site – although I tried to find a downloadable app, there’s nothing on iOS or Android.

Their mobile site homepage looks very similar to their desktop interface, which is always a good sign. Whether you’re playing on desktop or a smartphone, there’s no adjustment period between the two. The only change is their collapsible sidebar, which I opened using the top menu button.

Even though I’d prefer to see them focus on creating a mobile application, it’s not a necessity. I enjoyed fast loading speeds, appropriately sized games, and fluid navigation across the board.

Kickr First Impressions

Kickr comes across as a modern-day sweepstakes casino, but I was very disappointed when I saw that I couldn’t yet make sports picks. It’s not very difficult to navigate their site on desktop and mobile – with a grand total of 97+ games, in-depth search features aren’t super necessary.

I enjoyed sleek animations, quick loading speeds, and simplistic instructions at every turn while making Bits purchases and redeeming my Bucks for prizes. They’ve simplified their platform for beginners, cementing their current reputation as one of the industry’s best introductory casinos.

On that note, I found it easy to complete their verification process. Ten minutes after submitting a photocopy of my driver’s license, I received a message that I was good to go. Their 1x Bucks playthrough is on par with industry stalwarts such as Chumba, McLuck, and Wild World Casino.

It’s not difficult to sign up at Kickr – I was able to register a new account and start exploring their best games within five minutes of accessing their website for the first time. I checked my SMS text messages and entered my four-digit authentication code on the previous screen. I saw that I’d gotten 50,000 more Bits bringing my total account balance to 100,000 Bits.

Next, I clicked “Complete Profile” to finalize my account details.

I entered my first name, middle name, last name, birthday, social security number (SSN), and residential address. Once finished, I clicked “Save and Continue.”

I clicked the plus button, entered my name, typed in my card number, filled out the card’s expiry date, and confirmed my 3-digit CVV code before verifying that my billing address was correct. If you want, you can tick the checkbox at the bottom of the screen to save your details for later on.

Lastly, I clicked “Next” and “Confirm” to finalize my transaction. I got my purchased Bits instantly and I didn’t have any problems using them right away. While their banking menu is admittedly a tad limited, you shouldn’t run into any trouble with Kickr’s beginner-friendly registration process.

Kickr Games – 4/5

Kickr is both a sweepstakes casino and a social sportsbook, offering a rounded experience to users.

They feature immersive slots from 8+ software providers and they produce their own virtual table games, but I wasn’t able to find any specialties beyond two scratchers. They also lack baccarat and roulette.

If you’re hoping to have a few hours of fun, Kickr won’t disappoint – I had a blast playing here.

Kickr Slot Games

Kickr’s slot collection is growing at a rapid pace, but I counted over 280 titles during the week I spent testing their platform. They don’t yet host any progressive games, but they’ve earned legitimate endorsements from big-name companies like Slotopia, Evoplay, RubyPlay, Swintt, and Relax.

For a social casino with such a minimalistic slot library, they’ve managed to cover a wide range of exciting themes. I found sugary-sweet smash hits like Cakeshop Cascade, Greek mythology themed slots like Champion Blitz: Hold & Win, and fantasy machines like Creatures of Atlantis.

I decided to take a swing at one of their hottest slots: 777 Jackpot Diamond Hold & Win Deluxe.

As I clicked the “Play” button, I noticed old-timey sound effects and heard the click-clack of each spin. I wasn’t blown away by the graphics, but this slot has excellent animations and mechanics. That’s not to mention the potential 2,000x win multiplier I could trigger with a single lucky round.

Budai Reels was the next slot machine on the chopping block, and this casino-style game lived up to its name. I absorbed the sights and sounds of a distant, far-away land before clicking “Play.”

There isn’t much to speak about in terms of sheer quantity or variety, but Kickr’s available games are fun and immersive. Whenever they decide to add more slots to their selection, I’ll be back to update this review.

Table Games

Kickr produces their own table games, so clicking on “Originals” and “Table Games” brought me to the same exact screen. I was able to play classic blackjack, stud poker, and Texas Hold’Em. I didn’t see any roulette or baccarat games here, so I began testing their original blackjack game.

I swiftly lost my first round after standing on seventeen, but that’s just how the cookie crumbled. I wasn’t super impressed with the graphics here, but if you’re itching to play blackjack, it’ll do the trick. Next, I moved onto Stud Poker and I was presented with a nearly identical control panel.

On the bright side, I picked up three aces on my first hand. The gameplay here is admittedly fast paced, and each round takes fewer than 15 seconds to complete. It’s no substitute for live poker (or even an online tournament) but they’ve covered most of the basics for casual social gamers.

Live Dealer

Kickr doesn’t have any live dealer games at the moment. McLuck and Global Poker excel in this department with blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and poker tournaments galore.

Scratchers

Kickr has partnered with Boldplay to host two scratch cards based around tigers and warlocks. I decided to play Tiger Fortune before moving onto Warriors and Warlocks.

I was lucky enough to win 200 Bits after scratching my way to victory. My objective was to match three symbols. As I held down the mouse key and dragged my cursor across my screen I felt as though I was scratching off a ticket IRL. It’s more engaging than just clicking to reveal each spot.

Next up, I played Warriors and Warlocks with the same objective: matching three symbols in any row to win a prize. Again, I felt uncharacteristically lucky as I won 200 Bits during my first round.

I’d like to see more scratchers featured on their website, but these will keep casual players busy for at least a little while.

Kickr Banking Options – 4/5

Like any sweepstakes casino, there’s no need to spend any money before playing your favorite games at Kickr. If you still feel the need to buy Gold Coins, you can purchase more.

Their minimum GC purchase price is set at $0.99, which is a nice price for budget-friendly players. You’ll get 250,000 Bits for this price. Unfortunately, they don’t feature any discounts. If you spend the maximum of $199.99 here, you’ll buy 125 million Bits and claim 205 free Bucks.

Players can buy Bits and claim free Bucks using Apple Pay (on mobile), VISA, and MasterCard. To begin the process, I clicked “Claim Now” and opted to buy their least expensive Bits package for $0.99. I was prompted to type in my name, card number, expiration date, and security code.

I confirmed my billing address, ticked the box to save my information for later, and clicked “Next” to proceed. Finally, I clicked “Confirm” to make the purchase and I received my Bits immediately. Throughout the week, I continued betting on social sports and I eventually pocketed 50 “Bucks.”

Bits are Kickr’s version of Gold Coins, which are used for fun-only. Bucks are Kickr’s version of Sweeps Coins, which can be exchanged for egift cards up to $500. Their redemption minimum is set at 50 Bucks. At Kickr, one Buck has a prize value of $1.00 USD for redemption purposes.

While they don’t process bank transfers, they work with numerous popular retailers to support various gift cards. You can request access codes for Meta Quest, Athleta, AirBnb, Apple and Best Buy to name a handful.

Some gift cards are only redeemable if you have won 100 Bucks. Should you get lucky enough to meet this requirement, you’ll have access to Amazon, Walmart, and VISA gift cards that are just a step below actual cash in terms of usability and convenience.

As for me, I only won 50 Bucks by the end of my week-long testing period. I clicked “Redeem” at the left side of my screen and requested a $50 gift card to 1-800-Flowers.com. I received a code to my email instantly.

After reading the Sweepstakes Rules, I saw that Kickr would credit my account with 4 Bucks for every accepted envelope. Depending on how much you can tolerate repetitive writing, this is an excellent way to stock up on Bucks without paying for them.

I followed Kickr on Instagram to see if I could find any giveaways. While they don’t run free coin giveaways on a schedule, they recently gave 5 free Bucks to 5 lucky winners.

After going over all the ways to collect free coins, I wanted to purchase Bits and document the steps I took.

Upon viewing their purchase menu, I saw that I could purchase 5.5 million Bits and claim 21 free Bucks for $9.99. This is a 50% discount from their usual price of $19.99 and they have two extra first purchase offers if you’re willing to spend a bit more lavishly.

Because I’m not made of money, I went with their least expensive Bits package for $0.99. After clicking the price button, I clicked “VISA or MasterCard” on the next screen. I entered my card’s CVV code, number, and expiry date before confirming my billing address.

I ticked the checkbox to save my information for future purchases, clicked “Next” and clicked on “Confirm” to finalize the transaction. I received 250,000 Bits as soon as I refreshed the website. I was able to use my newly purchased Bits to explore casino games immediately during testing.

While I’m not exactly impressed with their limited banking menu, it couldn’t be much simpler to purchase Bits at Kickr.

How to Redeem Sweeps Coins for Cash Prizes at Kickr

I was able to win 50 Bucks within a few days of playing casino games. I went to the left sidebar and clicked “Redeem” to get started.

At the top of my screen, I noticed that I’d have to complete their KYC process. I clicked “Verify Your Account” and I was brought to a screen explaining the documents I’d have to provide.

Once I’d read the appropriate info, I clicked “Verify My Identity.”

I clicked “Begin Verifying” on the next screen. I then chose “Driver’s License” from the menu and tapped “Continue on Another Device.” Finally, I scanned the QR code with my iPhone’s camera.

Using my mobile phone, I uploaded a clear picture of the front of my driver’s license. Next, I was prompted to confirm that my account details matched the information on my ID card. I clicked on “Continue” and I was asked to take a moving selfie.

I clicked “Get Started” and positioned myself in the camera frame. I looked to my left and right when prompted. Lastly, I was prompted to confirm my nine-digit Social Security Number (SSN).

Once finished, I clicked “Continue.” Within seconds, I received a notification saying that my KYC verification had been completed successfully.

I went back to the sidebar, clicked “Redeem” and saw a list of their available gift card prizes. All retail gift cards (such as Groupon, Grubhub, Gamestop, Hulu, and Lowe’s) are redeemable from 50 Bucks or greater. Collecting 100 redeemable Bucks unlocked their premium VISA e-gift card.

I noticed a maximum redemption limit of 500 Bucks for all their gift cards. As of right now, Kickr doesn’t process direct bank transfer payments. I went for their Amazon gift card and clicked the “50” button underneath the corresponding icon.

I was asked to confirm my redemption on the next screen. After verifying my information, I got a new email from Kickr Casino containing my e-gift card. It took 12 hours from the time I originally submitted a request. Players can wait for up to 24 hours before seeing their winnings delivered.

There are a few stipulations in their Terms & Conditions that need to be mentioned. Residents of New York (NY) and Florida (FL) are limited to winning a maximum of $5,000 from this casino. All players can redeem a maximum of $10,000 per day.

As is standard at sweepstakes casinos, you can only redeem Bucks you’ve won during gameplay. Any Bucks you’ve received as the result of a promo or Bits purchase must be played through at least once.

Security and Fairness

Kickr is owned and operated by their parent brand, Kickr Games Ltd. They originally launched in July 2023. They’ve expanded their operations to 46 U.S. states and the District of Columbia just 13 months after opening. They’ve secured partnerships with eight big-name software providers.

As a licensed social casino, Kickr protects your sensitive financial data with 256-bit encryption. If you’re worried about getting duped, don’t be – from my POV, Kickr is as legitimate as they come.

Kickr Customer Support – 3.5/5

I wanted to see how thorough Kickr’s customer service team was, so I clicked the mini question mark symbol at the bottom-left corner of my screen. I was directed to their FAQ section, where I found information relating to their “Responsible Gameplay” policy and other important features.

They feature “How-To” articles centered around clearing your browser’s cache, taking a casino screenshot, and fixing slow loading speeds. I also noticed a section for purchases, promotions, and prizes. I read more about verifying my account details before landing on ten FAQs.

All said, their Help Center is quite comprehensive. It won’t take the place of a human agent, but it’s the next-best thing. I scrolled to the bottom of their website and clicked “Contact Us” to bring up their ticket submission form.

I chose “Responsible Social Gaming Query” from the first drop-down menu, chose “Responsible Social Gameplay Support” from the second drop-down menu, and drafted an introductory email. Once finished, I clicked “Submit Request” and I received a response from Hannah 8 hours later.

She was able to effectively explain more about setting up personalized play and purchase limits. Next, I sent an email to support@kickr.com about verifying my identity. I found a return message waiting for me 12 hours later. I was satisfied with both the speed and quality of the replies I got.

While their email support team is available 24/7, I’d like to see them include a live chat feature and phone hotline. Next, I followed Kickr on all their social media accounts to see if I could get replies via direct message. I didn’t notice any responses on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter (X).

What Kickr Could Improve

Kickr does a lot of things right, but there are some key areas I’d like to see them work on before I can recommend their casino to players across the board. Regrettably, they don’t offer live chat support. Their Contact Form, email hotline, and FAQ page are the only ways to find information.

Additionally, they don’t host enough games to guarantee the sort of variety I’d appreciate. They have 92 slots from Relax, Kalamba, Boldplay, Slotopia, Gaming Corps, RubyPlay, EvoPlay and Swintt. I didn’t find any progressive machines here, and they don’t feature roulette or baccarat.

Live dealer games are also noticeably absent from their collection. They’re still in the process of creating a social sportsbook, and this would be a major improvement and help Kickr stand out from the competition. For all my complaints, it’s worth noting that Kickr launched 13 months ago – they have lots of room to grow.

They should consider adding more e-wallets to their banking menu. They take payments through VISA, MasterCard and Apple Pay exclusively, which puts them behind most competitor sites. Prize redemptions are sent out via gift card, but I wasn’t able to request a traditional bank transfer. Instead, I had to settle for a $50 Amazon gift card.

Kickr Rating Process

I registered at Kickr, completed their verification process, purchased Bits, played games, evaluated their series of responsible gaming tools, redeemed my Bucks for cash prizes, and opted into every promotion I found. I spent an entire week gathering information from the source before putting pen to paper.

Experience is the hallmark of authenticity, and we consider our initial impressions of each casino as we come to a final verdict. We’re quick to provide positive feedback if warranted, but we don’t flinch at the prospect of delivering harsh truths. I’m explaining the 5 benchmarks we use to evaluate every single site we feature.
